  Lived here for over a year while attending SCSU. Beware of drug deals and other criminal activity. There were times I would walk up to my apartment building and find empty bullet casings on the sidewalk, or hear gunshots at night just a few buildings over.
  
  I moved out with a month still on my lease agreement because it became unsafe to live here. The final straw was getting back to my apartment last week at 11pm to find 6 police vehicles in the neighborhood, and officers taking cover just two spots over from where I park. They appeared to be in a stand-off with the building I live in. I decided to leave for my own safety and come back the next morning, only to find 2 police vehicles that were STILL staked out in the backyard to watch the building. [Update: following this review, management did notify me that they served an eviction to the tenant supposedly associated with this event.]
  
  Things were fine in the beginning months of living here, but it's gradually become worse with all disturbances that are now commonplace. Management is okay, but they don't seem to be vetting their new tenants well, and it is becoming another one of those shady parts of St. Cloud that you may just want to avoid.
